1:00 a.m.: Wake up. Realize it isn't anywhere near time to get up. Roll over and go back
3:00 a.m.: Ditto.
7:00 a.m.: Sigh and lie awake in bed until...
8:00 a.m.: Get up and turn on computer. Fiddle around until...
9:00 a.m.: Get dressed.
9:30 a.m.: Eat breakfast.
10:00 a.m.: Clean room.
10:30 a.m.: Fiddle around on computer some more.
1:00 p.m.: Turn off computer, leave dorm.
1:30 p.m.: Get on T, ride until...
1:40 p.m.: Get off at Copley, head for Newbury Street.
1:45 p.m.: Find Tealuxe, hang around until...
2:05 p.m.: Meet kerlin for tea. Have lots of fun. Talk more than I had all weekend.
2:45 p.m.: Leave Tealuxe, head for Copley station. Get on train to South Station.
3:10 p.m.: Arrive at South Station. Buy ticket home.
3:25 p.m.: Buy lunch. Find a seat.
3:45 p.m.: Still waiting for train to arrive.
3:55 p.m.: Train arrives; board.
5:05 p.m.: Train arrives in Providence. Disembark.
5:15 p.m.: Realize ride is on the other side of the station, walk over.
5:30 p.m.: Arrive at foster sister's place for pit stop and to feed animals.
5:31 p.m.: Realize apartment has been broken into. Christmas gifts ripped open and strewn across the floor.
5:33 p.m.: Search apartment to see what's missing.
5:40 p.m.: Try to calm foster sister as she calls police.
5:45 p.m.: Search apartment some more. Discover from neighbors that door had been open all weekend.
6:00 p.m.: Police arrive. Listen helplessly as foster sister breaks down in tears (again).
6:10 p.m.: Rehash story. Discover neighbors have left in quite a hurry.
6:15 p.m.: Tell story again. Wander around. Watch as police leave.
6:20 p.m.: Listen as foster sister calls landlord. Begin packing up presents to go to foster mom's house.
6:25 p.m.: Neighbors return. Call police to let them know.
6:35 p.m.: Police return, question neighbors.
6:45 p.m.: Police leave. Realize we can't do anything else. Pack car with Christmas gifts. Leave.
7:15 p.m.: Arrive at foster mom's house. Unpack car. Read mail--panic over tuition statement. Listen to foster sister tell mother about break-in.
