Give me prompts.

I'd really like to start writing again. Give me a prompt in any of the following fandoms, and I'll try to write you at least a drabble. (No promises, though.)

NCIS (through season two)
Harry Potter
Stargate SG-1 (nothing from the last two seasons; I haven't been able to watch them completely, yet)
Doctor Who (new only, though I'd really like to see old school Who; I think I'd really like Ace)
The West Wing (though season four)

ETA: Feel free to give me more prompts after I fulfill yours, if I do!

JAG, Webb/Mac friendship, 295 words
This could be taken as pre-ship. Or post-ship, since they actually dated before this. Either way, I think I may continue this one.

Webb glanced at the exhausted woman in his passenger seat. Her eyes were closed, but he didn't think she was actually sleeping. His suspicion was confirmed when she spoke.

"Remember when we first met?"

He smiled ruefully. "I was an ass back then."

"Back then?" She opened one eye and peered at him.

She laughed quietly at his exaggerated expression of hurt. "I didn't like you much."

"You're great for my ego, Sarah."

"You were an arrogant jackass. You lured my uncle into a trap, and he ended up in prison!"

Webb sighed. "I know. But I was just doing my job." He stared at the dark, empty road ahead of them. "Is there a point to this other than trying to make me feel guilty?"

"Clay." Her left hand covered his right. "He liked you, you know."

He shook his head in disbelief. "The man who put him in prison?"

"No." Mac squeezed his hand gently. "The man who trusted my abilities. The man who saved my life. The man who supported me after my divorce."

"I'm your friend, Mac. No matter what happened between us in the past."

"Clayton Webb with friends. Who would've thought? The tin man has a heart." His mouth tightened. She seemed to notice, because her next words were, "I'm sorry, Clay. That was uncalled for. You know I'm just teasing, right?"

"Of course."

He looked at her. She sat straight in her seat and stared at him with those expressive brown eyes that he'd never been able to resist. She was clearly distressed. "I know, Sarah. Don't worry about it." He turned his hand palm up and curled his fingers around hers.

His eyes returned to the road, but not before he caught her gentle smile.

Re: JAG, Webb/Mac friendship, 295 words
Eee! :D

I love it. The banter is perfect, and there's that wistful warmth to Clay that only Mac brings out. And this is at the perfect time because I was SO not going to buy JAG on DVD, but then I saw an ep this week on a day I came home early from work, and tonight I just went out and bought season 2. *grumbles*

I really do hope you continue this one! Pleeeease! :)
