Questions

I'm reading another HP crossover (by now, you should realize that I have a penchant for a good crossover); this time, with Artemis Fowl. I remember reading one of the books in that series when I was, oh, 15 or 16, but I don't really remember what it was about, or even if it was any good. (Which should tell me that it wasn't, but I've read so many books that I can't remember the titles of half of them.)

So, my question to the flist is this: is Artemis Fowl any good? Should I track down a few books to read? Or should I just ignore 'em completely? (I don't care that they're children's books. A good story's a good story.)

Oh! Also, I was wondering if anyone could transcribe and translate "India Song" by Malia for me. It's in French, so I obviously have no idea what she's singing. If it were in Spanish, I'm sure I could come up with a rough translation, but... yeah. It's not.

(And before you suggest Google, I've tried it. Believe me. Google is my first resort for finding anything, and 99% of the time I can find what I need.)

I think the Artemis Fowl books are great, though I've never got into Eoin Colfer's other books (eg Supernaturalist). Smart characrters, funny and well paced plots, I would certainly say give them a go.
