I think our Internet tubes could use a good rinsing out--the network on the res campus is so slow as to be nonexistent, and the network here needs to try to connect to a new page twice before succeeding.

I had something else I wanted to say, but I can't remember what it was at the moment, because I am not fully awake. (I define "awake" as "coherent".)

You know what's weird? American fic writers in HP and Doctor Who fandoms are always so worried about getting British terms correct (well, the good writers, anyway), but writers in American fandoms aren't as concerned with using American terms.
