House South Park

House and Harry Potter

So I was reading copperbadge's recap of last week's House, and I when I read this sentence--

Foreman thinks it's noble, but House calls bullshit -- it's moronic, which is a synonym in House's mind.

--I immediately started thinking, "House is a Slytherin." I changed my mind almost immediately--House is a Ravenclaw through and through, interested in knowledge for the sake of knowledge. He also likes power, but he's not going to jump through hoops to get it.

Chase is your classic Slytherin: ambitious and cunning. (Hey, "cunning" isn't necessarily synonymous with "intelligent".)

Cameron is a total Hufflepuff: she cares about everyone, she's willing to do the crap work, and she hasn't killed House yet, which shows a LOT of loyalty and patience.

I'm not sure about Foreman. He seems like a Gryffindor, in that he wants to believe in the inherent goodness of people, but he doesn't see in black-and-white like Gryffindors seem to.

Oh, dear GOD, I am such a DORK.
